I’ve been using this site for a few years and it is the best tutorial list for Photoshop that I have found. It also has a section for Illustrator, Flash, PHP and Ruby.

If you have any reason to convert a Word document to a PDF document, you can do it online for free.

When the file is ready, a link will appear and you can right click/Save As or click the file to open it in Adobe Reader and save it from there.
